Pre-Pay
Take advantage of our Pre-Pay Online sales site.
Order at your convenience online so you don’t miss out on picture day pricing and selection. All pictures will be printed and returned to be distributed by your coach. Prepay prices are available for 3 days after picture day!
Check or Cash Payment
If you prefer to pay with cash or check and did not receive a prepay order form,
please find your activity below, click the button to print the form, and send it with your student or athlete along with your payment. All cash or check payments are due on picture day. Please do not send this form of payment to school or practice after picture day, cash or check payments will not be accepted after picture day.
Late Orders
Missed out on picture day? There’s still a chance to order pictures.
Within 3 days of picture day
If you wish to order pictures within 3 days of picture day, you are in luck! You are still able to order pictures at pre-pay pricing and selection, but will not be available for viewing. Once the prints are ready, they will be delivered along with the pre-pay orders.
Last Chance
Missed the initial 3-day picture window? Don’t worry! Your student’s images will be available on our website approximately 2-3 weeks after picture day as part of our Last Chance ordering event. Please note: Not all original products and package deals will be available during this Last Chance opportunity.
SCHOOLS
You will need your student’s ID number to view and order your images. All orders will be shipped home.
SCHOOL SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Search for your school using the schools full name do not add High School or Middle School. Avoid using abbreviations or adding a specific activity. For example, search for GRAIN VALLEY instead of “Grain Valley High School”, “GVHS” or “Grain Valley Baseball”
CLUB SPORTS
Please use the link provided by the club to access your pictures through our LAST CHANCE event.

If you would like to order more pictures from previously placed orders please use the ORDER MORE button or contact us so we can assist you. If you choose to email us, please include the name of the school and athlete. Thank you!
